Gardner-Westcott lockwashers in USA sizes address a fastener application that Harley-Davidson engines make more demanding than most — a V-twin running on a rigid or rubber-mounted chassis generates vibration that backs out incorrectly selected washers in a few thousand miles, which is why thread standards, grade, and locking mechanism matter on a Harley-Davidson build. Gardner-Westcott's almost 50-year Harley-Davidson fastener catalogue covers the full American-thread size range with chrome-plated, stainless, and cadmium options that match the visible finish requirements of both restoration work and custom builds. The 3,000-plus engineered kits in the brand's range mean the lockwasher specification for a vintage Panhead engine mount is as well-documented as the equivalent for a modern Softail. Iron City Motorcycles, an authorised Harley-Davidson dealer in Leeds, carries Gardner-Westcott through Iron Stable. Browse the full Gardner-Westcott Lockwashers Usa Sizes range below.
